GAZETTE PUBLICATION
On the basis of the LAQ statement, the 3 (1) schedule is prepared in both Hindi & English languages. This schedule is then verified and signed by the competent authority and post verification sent to the MOP&NG to be published in the Gazette.
NOTICE DISTRIBUTION & HEARING
Once the schedule is published, 3(1) notification is issued (in local language) to the individual landowners. After serving the 3(1) notice to individual landowners, appropriate acknowledgement is obtained, as per the direction of the Competent Authority.
In case of any objections filed by the land owners within 21 days of serving 3 (1) notice, a hearing is facilitated with the competent authority for the resolution and disposal. After this, a Joint Measurement Survey (JMS) is conducted by the team of the competent authority alongwith the client and respective land owners to compare and identify the gaps in the revenue records and demarcate the boundaries as per actual land user
After resolving all the objections with the respective land owners, the same steps as followed for 3 (1) are repeated for gazette publication of 6 (1) followed by notice distribution
PANCHNAMA
On the basis of the demarcation done during the JMS, the land details are collected like land type, tree structure, crop type, etc. alongwith the documents of the land users for verification and compensation
AWARD PREPARATION & DISTRIBUTION
Once the documents are verified, a certified copy of rates for land, crop, horticulture, forest, etc. is obtained as declared by the concerned authority.
Based on the rates mentioned and the individual areas falling inside the ROW, the compensation payable to each individual owner is computed. The notice for compensation is then issued to the individual land owners, and appropriate acknowledgement is obtained as per the directions of the Competent Authority.
Lastly, the Competent Authority is assisted for preparation of land compensation Award and its disbursement in the villages.
ROU CLOSING
The final ROU details of the pipeline is entered in the Revenue Records and as part of ROU closure, all the requisite documents like final NOC from owner is collected as requested by the competent authority.
