Journey Timeline

Step-by-Step Growth of AIMN Projects Pvt. Ltd.

Our journey began with a clear vision—to deliver reliable, accurate, and technology-driven solutions in Engineering Surveys and Infrastructure Development. Founded on the expertise of experienced professionals, we have steadily grown into a multidisciplinary organization offering end-to-end project support services

AIMN Projects Pvt. Ltd. has grown from a specialized engineering survey company into a multidisciplinary infrastructure and technology solutions organization delivering projects across India.

Foundation Phase

We started with core competencies in engineering survey services, including :

  • Land Survey
  • Topographical Survey
  • Reconnaissance Survey
  • Desktop Studies
  • Detailed Route Survey

These services formed the backbone of our early growth and established our reputation for accuracy and dependability.

Expansion of Technical Expertise

With increasing experience and client trust, we expanded into advanced engineering and geoscience domains such as :

  • Soil Resistivity Survey
  • Corrosion Surveys
  • Geo-chemical Surveys
  • Hydrological Investigation
  • Geo-technical Investigation
  • Cadastral Survey
  • Soil Stratification
  • Aerial Drone Survey

This phase marked our transformation into a more technically diverse organization.

Infrastructure & Statutory Support Services

As infrastructure projects grew in scale and complexity, we strengthened our capabilities in: ROU/ROW acquisition works under applicable acts like P&MP Act 1962, along with securing statutory clearances across Forests, Railways, National Highways, State Highways, Canals, Water Bodies, and Rivers. This enabled us to support large-scale corridor and pipeline projects from planning to execution.

Land Acquisition & Facilitation

A key milestone in our journey was the successful execution of land acquisition and facilitation services for Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Limited (ONGC) under its CBM Asset, Bokaro operations. The scope included end-to-end land acquisition, coordination, and facilitation of multiple drill sites and associated approach roads, ensuring smooth execution in compliance with statutory requirements. Through effective stakeholder coordination and on-ground execution support, we enabled timely acquisition and handover of land parcels for drilling infrastructure development, thereby supporting efficient progress of ONGC’s CBM operations. This project highlights our strong capability in land acquisition management for oil & gas infrastructure projects, backed by field expertise, regulatory understanding, and stakeholder coordination.

Digital Transformation

Embracing technology, we advanced into GIS-based solutions and digital engineering systems, including: Development of GIS databases and web-enabled Pipeline Information Management Systems. This shift enabled us to deliver integrated, data-driven, and highly efficient project solutions.

Diversification into IT & Support Services

To provide complete project ecosystem support, we expanded into IT-enabled and operational services such as: Digital and Social Media Marketing, Website and Mobile App Development, IT Services, Digitization, Scanning, Printing, Vehicle Hiring, and Supply Services. This diversification strengthened our ability to serve clients with end-to-end solutions.

LiDAR Surveying

Strengthening Our Services with Drone Surveying Capabilities with Photogrammetry and LiDAR Surveying
As part of our ongoing journey of growth and the expansion of our service capabilities, we have successfully enhanced our offerings to include advanced drone surveying solutions. This includes photogrammetry, where overlapping aerial images are processed to create accurate maps and detailed 3D models widely used in construction and land mapping, as well as LiDAR surveying, which uses laser-based measurements to capture precise data even in dense vegetation and complex terrain.

Present Strength

Today, we are powered by a skilled team of geotechnical experts, engineers, and IT professionals equipped with modern tools and technologies. We execute projects of varying scale with precision, efficiency, and strict quality standards.

Our Vision Forward

Our journey continues with a strong focus on innovation, technical excellence, and reliable execution—delivering value-driven solutions across every project we undertake.
